There is a definite hump in the floor where the 2 halves were put together and many of the walls are not square. Paint quality was very poor so we have re-painted every room. We have been in the home a little over a year now and are very disappointed with the quality of it.

If I wasn't happy or for sure that the outcome wasn't far greater than the small issues that comes up I would have NEVER allowed him to move forward with this company. Modular/ Manufactured Home
Great service from the start with Randy who took the time to walk through and answer all are questions, and... We are currently replacing the counter tops because of very visible seams in the formica and very poor installation of tile edging and backsplashes. We orderd the home with ceramic tile installed in much of the home and it is uneven in many places.
In this model we put a door in the corner of the living room and it opened the whole area up. I would recommend, to anyone who is planning a home, to go and make an appointment with Shane. It’s comfortable, quiet, energy efficient and beautiful.

So many choices mobile modular or site built homes and the quality of choices for flooring showers room size counter tops cabinets appliances makes it perfect for our family needs. Really nice homes and compared to the others this really was the place that had excellent built homes and really beautiful choices. If you have not seen the Jacobsen Homes they offer check them out for sure they offer modular or mobile and all sizes were available at a good price per SqFt.
And if you have an old mobile home they will take it away and will add in your new mobile manufactured home... I had a wonderful experience with getting this home done. Jacobsen's was most helpful, very friendly, prompt to reply and ready to assist through all the detail up to the final CO.

With all the details, decisions, and unknowns, buying a new manufactured home can either be a nightmare, or a dream come true. Our experience with Citrus-Meadowood was a dream come true. From design finishes to financing, our rep, Mark was always available to help answer questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
